Team Away Days

Thanks for this nice post and idea's of good and effective team building event. I like to read something like this, the points were very well emphasized and ideas were realistic as well.

Company Away Days

Debriefing questions are as important as participating in the team building activities. Through this process,team members can indirectly or directly share ideas on how to solve their workplace issues - cooperation, respect with authority, morale,honesty and others. The debriefing questions mirror these issues and therefore will be addressed with helpful insights,ideas and solutions that will help the team to function as one in achieving its goals.

Team building activities are important to enhance employee working skills as well as their relationship skills. It's also a good break from all the stress in work.
